Yoga and Ayurveda are strongly related to each other. Ayurveda is meant for the physical, mental and spiritual health of a person. These two ancient sciences have the same philosophical base.

Yoga, like Ayurveda is based on the laws of Nature. The six Shudhikriyas described in Yoga and the Panchakarma in Ayurveda are the same. Both are meant for the purification of the body, by eliminating the toxins.

Yoga practices are an important component of Ayurvedic treatments. Ahara (Diet), Vihara (Daily routine), and Aushadha (Medicine) are the three major things in Ayurveda for the treatment of any diseases. Yoga practices come under the section-Vihara.

Classical sun salutation comprising of 12 steps and its variations

5. Pranayama :

To regulate the flow of Prana (Life force) through proper breathing and control the subtle energy within the body and ultimately attain a mindless state.

Most powerful personal growth and mind development programme on earth. Constant practice of Meditation develop magnetic and dynamic personality, cheerfulness, powerful speech, lustrous eyes, physical health and boundless energy.

A combination of subtle physical movements which deepen awareness and concentration. Mudras enableto develope awareness of the flow of Prana inthe body. Bandhas aim to lock the Prana in particular areas and redirect the flow into Sushumna nady for the purpose of spiritual awakening. Knowledge of Asanas and Pranayama is a must.

Create harmony between the two major Pranic forces IDA & PINGALA thereby attaining physical & mental purification and balance. This includes demonstration and explanation of KAPALA BHETHI, NETHI, DHAUTI, TRATAKA, NAULI & BASTI.

This include classical Asanas relaxation technique, instant relaxation technique, quick relaxation technique and deep relaxation technique.
